I. Introduction
The
theory
of the NC necking machine is similar to that of ordinary NC lathes. It can
perform automatic shrinking processing according to the programmed NC program,
and can also complete the appropriate lathe process. The shape of the round
pipe shrinking can be controlled by the program and the surface finish is good;
suitable for Insulation cups, refrigeration, solar energy, and other
accessories processing industries, can automate the processing of shrinkage,
pressure grooves, flat end faces, through holes, etc. for drying filters,
sterilizers, heaters, sprayers, shunts, silencers, etc. Compared with the
traditional process, it can save a lot of materials and labor.
2. Equipment function and debugging requirements
Equipment
function requirements:
①Action description: Manually put the pipe mouth into the
mold →start button by foot pedal → start the flaring process → automatically return to
the origin after completion → manual exchange and repeat the actions in order;
② Processing time: ≤5 seconds;
③Double-station
design, each station can do necking process independently;
④The mold design is designed by rapid mold change; the
mold switching can be completed within 10 minutes;
It
is mainly composed
of the main transmission mechanism, material clamping mechanism, electrical
system, and hydraulic system. When working, the motor drives the oil pump to
rotate, supplies pressure oil, and the controller issues commands to control
the opening and closing of each solenoid valve so that each oil cylinder
operates in a certain order and regularity, and under the action of the mold,
the purpose of forming the pipe end.
The
necking machine needs to carry out a precise grinding process on the objects
and has higher requirements on the accuracy of the servo and a faster response.
3. System Construction
The
host computer is connected to the control end of the servo drive. The control
mode is position mode, and the position command mode is pulse + direction. The
driver and related computing boards are fixed in the electric cabinet, and the
servo driver receives the pulse command of the host computer to drive the motor
to complete the corresponding action.
