2. Technical requirements
The cloth winding machine is composed of eight sets of servo drives and
servo motors. Among them, four sets of servo systems are used on the tensioning
roller, and its function is to tighten the brace, pass the cloth guide roller
to the spreader roller, the cloth is flattened, and then enter the cloth roll
(the cloth roll has a pressure that can adjust the pressure) The roller is
pressed on the cloth roll to increase the pressure. There are two sets of
active guide rollers under the cloth roll as the motive force rollers at the
same speed to rotate the cloth roll in the same direction) to curl.

The position machine uses PLC and controls the touch screen interface,
and connected to the end of the servo drive control, the control mode is
position mode, pulse + direction, the internal enable. The host computer sends
a position command to the servo drive to make the servo drive complete the
