Based on the analysis of the working principle of the embroidery machine, this paper introduces the application of the Zhishan K series servo system in the embroidery machine, and gives the settings of the key parameters of the servo driver.
1. Introduction
The computerized embroidery machine is the
most advanced embroidery machine at present. It can make traditional hand embroidery
achieve high speed and high efficiency. It can also realize that hand
embroidery cannot meet the requirements of "multi-level, multi-function,
unity and perfection" Reflect a variety of high-tech electromechanical
products. In the past, China's embroidery machine market has been monopolized
by Japanese machines, and almost no domestically produced machines have been
seen. Over the past few years, domestic embroidery machines, such as Mu

Japanese brand servo motors. Now Delta servo breaks the monopoly of Japanese
brands with excellent performance and competitive price to enter the embroidery
machine industry and reached a long-term supply agreement with a leading
domestic computer embroidery machine manufacturer.
2. Composition of embroidery machine

constitutes a computer control system: most of the domestic system is the

Frame shifting system: two sets of stepping
motors drive the horizontal and vertical movement of the horizontal plane of

3. Brief introduction of embroidery
machine process
Through cooperation with the embroidery
machine control system, the system sends differential pulse signals to control
the speed of the servo motor, and achieve the requirements of precise
positioning. The servo motor is connected to the main shaft of the embroidery
machine through a pulley and then driven by the mechanical crankshaft to drive
the embroidery needle of the embroidery machine to reciprocate the up and down
embroidery movement. At the same time, the control system collects the code
wheel signal of the main shaft encoder to control the frameshift motor to
cooperate with the main shaft servo motor Movement to embroider various
patterns.
4. Commissioning considerations
To ensure the reliable, stable, and correct
operation of the servo drive, the following matters should be noted during the
installation, commissioning and use of the servo system:
1) Correct wiring: The encoder cable and motor
power cable are standard in the mountain servo, but the signal cable between
the servo drive and the controller must be correctly connected during wiring,
otherwise the servo will not operate normally;
2) The servo is correctly set Control mode:
Since each machine application is different, the correct setting of the servo
control mode is the prerequisite for ensuring the correct operation of the
servo;
3) According to the actual operation effect,
the gain parameters are correctly matched, and the mountain servo should not be
enabled when the servo is enabled. Set the parameters of the electronic
position ring and gear ratio when the motor is running or the motor is running.
4) Make sure that the motor is well-grounded,
and the drive is connected to the equipment chassis. On the one hand to avoid
interference, on the other hand to avoid leakage.
5) The signal wire should be a shielded
twisted pair as much as possible. The shielding layer is generally connected to
the terminal housing;
6) Pay attention to the interference problem
and avoid the interference of the encoder signal and the control signal. The
encoder wire and signal wire should not be bundled with the motor wire and
power wire. Together or through a wire slot, try to keep a certain distance.
