1. Overview of towel fabric
Towel fabric refers to a textile in which towel
tissue forms loops. It is not only an essential commodity in people's lives but
also a textile decoration. It has dense and soft loops, good moisture
absorption, heat insulation, wear resistance, and other properties. The
appearance of towel fabric is bright, novel, and beautiful. It can be divided
into face towels, pillow towels, bath towels, square towels, towel covers,

textile products. Recently, with the continuous improvement of people's living
standards and the rapid development of foreign trade, domestic and foreign

towel products. The towel fabric is a terry weave. There are two kinds of warp
yarns that constitute towel fabrics: one is called the ground warp, which is
woven with weft yarns to form a fabric. The other is called the wool warp. It
interweaves with the weft yarn to form a loop, covering the surface of the

loom have a relatively high degree of damage to the servo motor during use.
This is because the servo motor is installed on the moving shaft of the fuzzing
device, and the vibration is very large and it is easy to lead the encoder
vibration to the servo motor and cannot be used.
Therefore, our company has specially developed
a dedicated servo motor for this industry and a matching dedicated servo drive.
