NC machine tool is an electromechanical integrated machine tool with digital manufacturing technology as the core. It is usually composed of a control system, servo system, detection system, mechanical transmission system, and other auxiliary systems. During the production process, the servo system receives the displacement and speed commands sent by the NC system and after transformation, adjustment, the motor and mechanical transmission mechanism drive the machine tool coordinate axis, main shaft, etc. and produces a variety of complex mechanical motion through the linkage of the axis, thereby processing the complex-shaped work piece required by the user.
1. Overview
NC
machine tool is an electromechanical integrated machine tool with digital
manufacturing technology as the core. It is usually composed of a control
system, servo system, detection system, mechanical transmission system, and
other auxiliary systems. During the production process, the servo system
receives the displacement and speed commands sent by the NC system and after
transformation, adjustment, the motor and mechanical transmission mechanism
drive the machine tool coordinate axis, main shaft, etc. and produces a variety
of complex mechanical motion through the linkage of the axis, thereby
processing the complex-shaped work piece required by the user.
2.
According to the different transmission machinery in the machine tool, it is
divided into feed servo and spindle servo
3.
The feed servo uses the coordinates of the CNC machine tool as the control
object to produce the cutting feed motion of the machine tool. For this reason,
it is required that the feed servo can quickly adjust the movement speed of the
coordinate axis, and can accurately control the position. The specific
requirements are wide speed range, high displacement accuracy, good stability,
and fast dynamic response.
4.
The spindle servo provides the cutting power required for processing various
types of work pieces. Therefore, it only needs to complete the spindle speed
regulation and positive and negative rotation functions. However, when the
machine tool is required to have functions such as thread processing,
quasi-stop, and constant linear speed processing, the corresponding position
control requirements are also put forward for the spindle. Therefore, it is
required to have a large output power, with a constant torque section and a
constant power section, with quasi-stop control, the spindle and feed are
linked.
